I think the ICE agents work hard and deserve a nice little Kavanaugh Snack, as a treat
ICE detain father shopping on Christmas Eve—then steal his family's groceries.

Then 3 agents divvy up his paid for food—taking what they want for themselves.

"Can I just get the wife's number to call and let her know?" woman asks.

"No, guess he should've complied," agent says.

In 2020, the Trump administration invited Ahmed to talk about the rise of anti-semitism online.
His mission has not changed, but they have.
After Musk took over Twitter he unsuccessfully sued Ahmed for documenting the increase in online hate. Now the Trump admin is enabling Musk's censorship.

Like, I read this article a couple of times to make sure I did not miss anything. They are telling a US permanent resident, who lives in the United States, that he cannot travel to the United States. For no alleged crime, merely for factual speech.

People like Musk and RFK Jr. are entirely fine with the use of government power to shut down actors who are drawing attention to their conspiracy theories and promotion of hate. And in the same breath present themselves as defending free speech.

I did not understand this: one of the five Europeans the US has barred from traveling to the United States...is a permanent resident who lives with his family in the US.

Now he is worried about being arrested and deported for the crime of monitoring online hate.

This post describes a shocking incident: on Christmas Eve, a father was detained by ICE while shopping at Walmart. Three agents not only took the food he had already paid for but also helped themselves to some of it.

If the reporting is accurate they robbed him, I expect the local police to arrest these thugs and local prosecuters to charge them with armed robbery. In Wa. this is a Class A Felony, carrying severe penalties like life in prison, amplified significantly by firearm use (e.g., 13-16 years)

putting everyone of these fuckheads in prison is the moderate position.
