sharing this again for anyone who a) has covid b) will get covid at some point c) has had covid and is having long-term issues and/or d) has eds.
Public service announcement because apparently this is not common knowledge to people who don't bury themselves in scientific papers: The COVID booster can cause mast cell degranulation even in people who don't usually have mast cell issues. (The COVID spike protein is a massive mast cell trigger.)

a GOOD dragon kitty news! since i started giving him some of my (extra well diluted) med canna infused oil for pain, he appears to be more comfy AND he's eating more! he has the munchies all the time! he's softer and not so bony & his purrs are back
& he's not having bloody diarrhea any more!

today i am so very grateful that when i distressed posted bc i was melting down that i literally could NOT remember how to cast on stitiches (i started knitting ~50 years ago!) -- not one but 2 friends took pictures of themselves doing it for me. & then i could get my fingers and brain to do it too

i banged my head pretty hard on a wood bit of a chsir bending over to grab catfood last night.
