Also insane that the same government that has imbued armed masked goons with levels of power that allow them to flagrantly violate the law has repeatedly told the public that doing things like recording ICE activity or blowing a whistle or posting where our neighbors are being targeted is wrong
It remains insane and unacceptable that local elementary schools are having to ask the neighbors to come out and patrol student pick ups because the government is kidnapping people.

Despite what some, including at DHS, are claiming, this video isn’t from a year ago in Chicago. It was Friday in Hoffman Estates, in my district, a street I’ve walked myself. It appears to show a child being violently detained by ICE. It’s real, and I’m demanding accountability.

I’m so struck by this video. A regular day in Logan Square in front of a grocery store and ICE pulls up and tear gassed people. Funston Elementary School is right across the street as well. This is a major corridor in Logan Sq. No concern for human safety
