Keep your body moving. You don't need to get ripped, but move and stretch as much as you can as often as you can. If you can incorporate that into a fun social activity, even better.

Take a break from bad political takes @ the 511 Bistro aka the city hall cafeteria. $10 for soup, sandwich & a drink. Friday also features all day breakfast. Saw young families, older folks, students and staff enjoying a meal today. Who in their right mind would campaign against cheap food? #newwest
