As a child protection professional, I can tell you the death penalty is NOT an awesome solution to child sexual abuse. Most children are abused by family members; they will not report if their family members will die as a result.

Of course, I gotta add that nearly half of Puerto Rico lives below the poverty line and we pay some of the highest electricity rates in the US, which are only going up, while experiencing extremely bad service.
As others have said, Bad Bunny's halftime performance highlighted the horrible electricity situation in Puerto Rico. For many, blackouts are a weekly occurrence and the situation has only gotten worse in the last few years.
