I wasn’t prepared for this CBC interview, so the conversation really made me reflect. How do you think about the importance of kindness in your life? Especially at this time of year and in history. Might be worth 15 minutes of your time.

Shorter Hegseth ~
"I ordered the first murdering, but not the second murdering of the people I ordered murdered. The murdering of the survivors who refused to be murdered was totally ordered by Admiral Bradley who is a hero who I don't know if the second murdering turns out to be a war crime."

Terrible news. Sending love to you and her family. ❤️
Colleen Jones was larger than life.

I’m devastated by her death. And will be forever inspired by how she lived. And fought. And loved.

More than anything I’ll miss our laughs and lattes. And am so grateful for every second we had together. I love you, Coll.
