1) look at this sad little “fun-sized” snickers bar. Barely 4 cm; and
2) why don’t they have the same no of candies in these “fun-sized” boxes?

HMTK is wearing his ORC insignia and the Canadian Forces' Decoration with three bars. The King earned his CD + bars and has always included it among his many honours.

The PM is wearing his Officer of the Order of Canada insignia. He is the first ORC member to become PM. Generally, ex-PMs are appointed Companions after retiring but it is never automatic.

I am seeing a lot of Coronation Medals during this tour. So, yes, congratulations, but medals are supposed to be worn on specific (semi-formal) occasions. They are not tchotchkes meant to show your flair.
