I see lots of quite reasonable questions about why Gripen are such a big deal for Ukraine.
Gripen integrates with the AWACS that Ukraine already operates, and it shoots the long range AAM Meteor missiles at russians that the AWACS spots.
This would be a real answer to russian glide bomb attacks.
