Yep!! It was the wife who suggested doing a tasting at Ko Hana Distillery in Kunia, HI, during our vacation. If you're ever on Oahu, I cannot recommend this enough. The Kokoleka rum, made with Hawaiian cane, pure cacao, and honey, is worth the visit all by itself.
