So hey, I was wrong. Due to a very intense burst of writing and my very diligent betas Jax, Hannah and Mel, I will be updating chapter 32 of I Once Was Lost the day after the maitenence haitus.

So @psshaw.bsky.social, she of the exceptionally fantastic mustelids, drew my Blades in the Dark character for me - trans (AFAB) Ferret owning shiv urchin Tony and his pet nonsense Monty. I think she did an amazing job.
Tony, a deceptively cherubic-looking blond rogue in a bakerboy cap, boned waistcoat and long, dark green cloak and his companion trouble animal Monty the white ferret. Monty is riding Tony's shoulder as Tony runs away, all kinds of stuff falling out of Tony's pockets - rope, shivs, jewellery, mushrooms, keys, dice and so on.

There's a few more post-Christmas ornaments! This pair was on special request for my mother. There's a couple more to come after this but I can't post them until they've reached their recipients.
A round felt ornament featuring a yellow smiling sun with blue sequin eyes and a heavily-beaded aura in gold, orange and red. The rim features copper and gold ceramic spike beads and it's finished with a gold bugle tassel. A dark blue round felt ornament showing a white smiling crescent moon face, outlined in silver and pale blue beads. There are three silver stars, one holographic and slightly bigger, and the ornament is rimmed with clear, frosted and iridescent drop beads. It has a tassel of silver bugle beads, finished in clear drops.

Local hardware shop has this darling thing as part of their display, I thought you people should know about it.
A miniature diorama of a vintage ironmonger's shop, with two customers and an ironmonger, all of them felt mice in clothes. Inside the lit shop are shelves of stock such as nails, a bycicle wheel and lead pipe, in the window is a pegboard displaying various tools, and outside are bags of coal, a dog kennel and a stepladder on a cobbled street. There is also a full-sized dice, but I doubt it belongs to the display.

More ornaments, whew! This is the last of the bunch that I absolutely had to have done before Christmas, so I can relax a little now. 1/2

A purple star-shaped felt Christmas tree ornament with the bts symbol in the centre in darker purple, outlined in glittery seed beads. Each member name plus army has a differently-coloured spotted button, and the lower three dangles spell out BTS, with a tiny light stick hanging from the centre one. This was the only star ornament I made, because they're a bitch to stuff. A round yellow and green felt Christmas ornament, with the centre circle decorated in woven embroidery and lazy daisy stitch, and the outside edge with pistil stitch and blue hologrammatic sequins. The three dangles have turquoise, lapis lazuli and cobalt glass beads. A white felt teardrop shaped Christmas ornament with a pink central circle decorated with a mother of pearl button, lazy daisy stitch, wheel stitch and plastic pearls. The three dangles have mother of pearl, quartz, moonstone and cloisonné beads, and swarovski crystals. A heart-shaped grey felt Christmas ornament, decorated with a wreath in autumnal colours, with variegated thread, Berry beads in orange shades, a coral-colored bow, and finished with lucite autumn leaves, a copper tag, swarovski beads and handmade reclaimed beads.
