I love posts like this. Put simply, lower speed limits save lives. It cannot be refuted. It is a fact.
Data published this year shows 20mph on London borough road resulted in:
📉40% drop in fatal collisions
📉75% fall in kids being killed
📉34% fall in people being killed or seriously injured.

During the birthday party scene in SIGNS I saw a whole row of young women literally throw their popcorn in the air like a cartoon.
