I've had a couple questions regarding Starbucks workers at grocery stores. If they are in Oregon and its a Fred Meyer, Albertsons, or Safeway they are union but not the Starbucks Worker's Union. These workers are grocery clerks who work for the store whose name is on the building, not Starbucks.

When I worked for the Sherrif's Office, if video surfaced of me holding my weapon in my hand while trying to wrestle someone, then trying to tuck it into my pants or belt, ultimately losing control of it, then pointing it at bystanders after recovering it in a panic, I would have been terminated.
