You don't need a thousand words for this. "Social Cohesion" means someone is required to shut the fuck up, and it's never the powerful.

My view is that people should be allowed to burn their own national symbol as an expression of disgust. (Not however if it is done in a fashion designed to incite or vilify). I see it as an important safety valve that people be allowed to express disgust that strongly.
