I’m just a simple country lawyer but it seems to me that if I voluntarily dismissed a case with the specific knowledge and intent of aiding and abetting what has already been held by the highest court in the land to be an illegal scheme, I could expect to be disbarred before I even reach the hallway
One thing people aren’t grasping about ICE waiting in immigration court to kidnap people at their hearings:
DOJ lawyers are *intentionally dismissing cases* to avoid having to do any work & due process by just handing them to ICE. Pathetic & illegal.
