So many treasures. It’s a hard call between Blood Rage and Cthulhu: Death May Die so I’ll call it a tie. Rising Sun is a close second.

My favorite building tile in my OG Castles of Burgundy is the one that got dropped in a glass of red wine. Every time that slightly tinted tile gets pulled out of the bag it reminds me of a very fun night with a good friend.
You can spill a drink near a board game.

It's not something you will want to do, but guess what?

Board games can take it. Just mop things up with a paper towel and everything will be a OK.

Don't ever use "But mah boardgames" as an excuse to deny your guests food and drink. That's being a dick.

This was my first play and it was 3 players. I think it would work great at 2 also. There wasn’t a super high level of interaction so more players shouldn’t really improve it in any way that I can think of.

Saltfjord is a very cool euro smorgasbord of mechanisms that run smoothly and interconnect nicely. Nice looking to boot.

I love my final city in Keyflower. Still think I’m gonna lose.

I’ve played quite a few times (English version) and didn’t notice any card quality issues. I don’t own so can’t scrutinize it immediately but in my memory it was all high quality.

Hey thanks for listening. We appreciate that some games are going to get more interesting with more plays and several people have told me that TOKC is one of those. We’ll definitely report back if we get a chance to play again.

The Traders expansion adds some nice seasoning to Ra by @25thcentury.games.

Not sure if it was the expansion or the time since I’ve played it but this was one of my favorite plays of the game ever.

I got introduced to Super Motherload by @roxley.bsky.social last night. Why have I never heard of this? Super cool deck builder where your deck is built by mining for precious metals with a tile placement puzzle with shifting shared objectives.

Wasn’t intended as funny. I was expressing my support for the community for rallying behind their citizens and against ICE. Just meant they were #1 and thought that our largely hobby audience would get my meaning. Based on initial responses to the post I can see my intent wasn’t clear.
