I know we've been saying this for years, but anyone still in ICE is not a good person, let alone a good Christian.
ICE has been raiding my neighborhood and surrounding ones for the last couple of weeks now. They commandeered my local church (against the pastor's will) for a staging site and raided supermarkets, parks, Goodwills, bus stops, you name it.
The national media's been silent. So has @mayor.lacity.gov.

I slept most of today and I still miss @komishika.bsky.social to ridiculous amounts. Honestly, surgery recovery right as she leaves was probably really smart (not on purpose btw) because imagine if I'd spent all that time awake and pining?? :(

meanwhile the pain from the shoulder surgery is so bad I can't sleep, even with norco.
the nurse said it'll hurt "like a bitch*" for 48 hours and then be fine, but I don't think she was taking my chronic illness bullshit into account.
