REMAP CAP was too underpowered to show anything or add substantially to the existing evidence base.

It’s the derivation of this equation (from Josh’s link to the Matzke nonogram paper) which plots vancomycin Cl (ke-1) to CrCL..
Ke=0.00083(CrCL) + 0.0044
Also need to advocate this type of work is a clinical pharmacists bread and butter, and one of the many reasons we need Pharmds at the bedside.
