In 2018, I produced a 16-part series titled Who Killed Amy Mihaljevic? Her case remains unsolved, but I keep tabs on the latest. That first series has evolved into Who Killed...?, with a deep library of over 300 episodes. Listen where you get your favorite shows or at killerpodcasts.com/who-killed
Closing out 2024 with my 3rd Covid infection since August 🙄😷🤬🍾

George 🤬 Niang is the only reason this game is close. I get it, “shooters, shoot” but this is pathetic. #LetemKnow @clevelandcavaliers.bsky.social

After Leon bought Twitter and changed the algorithm it became worthless.
Same with me. For over a decade, there’s never been a site to reliably curate news other than Twitter. In just the last few days, I’ve seen news break here before I saw it on Twitter.
Bluesky, with a well curated follow list, has already replaced Twitter for me as the place to immediately see what's happening of relevance to me as a media producer in the independent media space

#Cavs lead the Raptors 65-55 at the half. Ty Jerome is once again shining for the Cavs. He leads the team with 17 points.

The defense was not as good in the second quarter as it was in the first. Cavs also tossed out a lineup or two that hasn't played much together and it was a little sloppy.

Ownership will always doom them…
Bryce Young playing very good football AND the Panthers still being in contention for the #1 overall pick?
Not a bad position to be in.

Preach it
MAGA calling Bluesky an echo chamber is so typically lacking in self-awareness as MAGA is the biggest, most relentless echo chamber ever.

Another blind pick out of the hat. This upcoming administration is so unserious, smh.
Donald Trump's new pick for Secretary of Agriculture, Brooke Rollins, isn't just unqualified.

She's unglued and a shameless liar too.

Along CNN, they normalized the insane. They are all culpable. And they sold their souls for what? Obeying in advance.
Sorry MSNBC, but don’t be surprised by the mass exodus (38% decline) of your viewers since the election. I used to watch your network when you provided a progressive counterpoint to Fox. But when you minimized negative news coverage of Trump and amplified it for Harris, you lost me.

TFG just blindly picks a name and gives them a position
While America was distracted by the Matt Gaetz Attorney General nomination

Mehmet Oz was tabbed to run the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

Where the crackpot doctor threatens to privatize the program

Which would significantly degrade healthcare coverage for 66 million American seniors

I'm old enough to remember Kelly Loeffler calling her broker instead of warning her state when she found out about Covid.

This is just another example of putting the worst possible people in positions of power and seeing if the GOP will roll over. These are the dumbest litmus tests to see how loyal his followers in congress will be. We live in the dumbest of times.
Well this seems bad.

It’s a sign of weakness, tbh. The MAGA invented their own echo chamber in Truth Social after basically radicalizing F’book, YouTube and Twitter before Leon bought the “town square.” $44 billion was chump change to buy a presidency. Wake up my people, this isn’t how free speech is supposed to work.
I think it speaks volumes that right wingers criticize bluesky for being “liberal” and “left wing”, when it’s really just that hate speech isn’t allowed.
