Here the DHS likely ended up using chemical weapons on the crowd. Now the business has to incur the cost of a cleanup and likely close the business temporarily due to safety concerns. No business should risk servicing DHS given the potential cost to the business.

This DHS memorandum says that the DHS General Counsel's office has adopted a new position that the Fourth Amendment allows entry into the home to make an arrest just based on an administrative warrant.

One thing that I am not seeing here is Boston Dynamics the leader in robotics actually planning to use these robots to manufacture these robots.
