This right here was my shit. Before sf5 and 6, this game was the closest I ever got to really being into fighting games.
19 years ago today, Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection was released on the PlayStation 3 via PlayStation Network in JP. It was developed and published by Namco Bandai Games.

I'm still not a fan of one-button specials, but it feels like GBVSR's smart controls are just kind of a better version of SF's modern controls.

Every now and then I wonder if I'd go back to playing MTG if they suddenly started doing a bunch of stuff that catered to players like me. Today was the first time that thought ever crossed my mind where my answer was "probably not."
