We're debating on the government funding package right now and every single Republican voted against a Democratic amendment to pass a clean, one-year extension of the ACA tax credits.
Republicans just don't care about your health care.

This is one of those times when the most vicious follow-up would be a factual: "How do you think that would work, sir? What do you mean, 'Buy their own health insurance?' From whom? Why would it cost less?"
Trump: "I want the money to go into an account for people where they buy their own health insurance. It's so good. The insurance will be better. It'll cost less. Everybody is gonna be happy. They're gonna feel like entrepreneurs. They're actually able to go out & negotiate their own insurance"

Yes, Trump got booed at the Commanders game.
But the real story is 2025’s wake-up call: Latino men swung, Black men returned to baseline, and voters who backed Trump in 2024 flipped blue.
Democrats are adjusting and meeting the moment while Republicans are using the same tired talking points.

We're so glad for you, @kaine.senate.gov , that you slept well. That must be so reassuring for those whose lives are at risk and especially reassuring for Trump, who sends along his thanks.
Tim Kaine on backlash he's getting: "I got the first good night's sleep last night that I've gotten since Oct 1, b/c I wasn't worried about being able to look Capitol Police in the eye when I walked in, or what a furloughed fed worker would say to me at church, or what somebody would say about SNAP"

Great job, @schumer.senate.gov. You've changed the story from "GOP hurting millions of Americans to please unpopular, failing, delusional despot who's destroying his party" to "Dems are too weak and divided in the face of Trump's strength to take a stand and protect Americans"
