I understand framing the AI bubble RAM supply crisis in terms of stuff like video game consoles because nerds can conceptualize that but the framing does really undersell the sheer magnitude of how it's going to fuck up everything that even touches a computer.

I wonder how you could emphasize vodka's real life accomplishments in umamusme when everyone's an uma *musume*. her being a mare is a big reason why she's still so celebrated in the racing world to this day, but so many uma fans seem to just... forget that.

with all the talk of discord alternatives, I really want people to pay attention to @roomy.space. what we need isn't just a replacement, but something better that can survive far into the future. having servers be individually hosted and migratable is key stop the repeating of history.
With @roomy.space every chat space could be on a different server, but doesn't has to be. It works a lot like an ATProto PDS!
Each space has a DID, and can be migrated to other hosting just like an ATProto account.
And you'll be able to seamlessly join different spaces on different servers.

It should be a priority in contract negotiations. As far as I know. No other employment group can use city equipment or even uniforms for side jobs, not even a lap top. The federation should be happy to agree to stop this if they care about fairness and community trust.
we have got to stop allowing cops to use their taxpayer-provided squad cars and uniforms for their off duty security work, because we have a separation ordinance and yet here it looks like MPD are providing security for the ICE agents staying at the depot hotel

I don't think these are unreasonable asks
Again, all I'm asking is that any Democrat who wants my vote support 1. Reverting Trump's anti-trans policies, 2. Commit to fighting against the future erosion of trans rights, and 3. Support legislation codifying trans rights into law.
