Not enough to have your Github, Linkedin setup, website with web resume. Now recruiters want you to sell yourself to the company with the offer, send cover letter, and highlight what you can bring, etc. I thought that was *their* job 😂

Usability pet peeve, websites with messaging windows, put them on the bottom of the page, and explorer windows have most of the controls at the top, forces you to do window gymnastics to be able to drag and drop files. Freely movable windows, or a centered modal works much better.

Is it me, or asking you for your salary range before disclosing what they offer is just another way to low ball people and perpetuate the salary gap?
