Just to be clear, every additional $1 billion in SNAP expands the GDP by roughly $1.54 billion and supports thousands upon thousands of jobs. SNAP circulates dollars directly and immediately into the economy. Farmers, grocers, and truckers all benefit. We are FUCKING UP big time.
