I also think "he was literally selling pardons, none of these are legitimate" is a great message.
we should proceed with prosecutions with the presumption that the president cannot pardon crimes he ordered to occur while simultaneously advancing court-packing legislation.
It's so cool how we just accept that federal accountability is dead and the president will just pardon any federal crimes as easily as he pardoned everyone for January 6, and we just live with this fact instead of tearing down the rest of the White House around him.

Somebody please tell for me which cabinet position(s) Jared Kushner was approved!? HE’S the guy who’s en route to meet with the Iranians to represent this country “amid current tensions”? And doesn’t a role like that require congressional approval—in a “by the people” kind of way? Quaint, isn’t it?
