It's almost like being fabulously rich doesn't make you happy or well adjusted. It's almost like it makes you sad and lonely. And leaves you forever casting about for scapegoats to offset your deep self-loathing. Thank you Jim Ratcliffe and Elon Musk for these important life lessons.

Farage is their favorite useful idiot; he’s the "Pied Piper" of populist distraction. They want him in power because he’s a deregulatory dream & a gift for ratings. History shows us that when the press boosts an autocrat to shake things up, the bill is always paid by the public. It’s an investment.

Why is every scandal existential for Starmer? Because he has actively worked to eradicate his own support base. And that, along with the Mandelson decision, can be laid at McSweeney's door iandunt.substack.com/p/starmers-m...

You can imagine how pleased they were to find this footage. As if him not being an angel means the outrage over his murder would somehow lessen in response.

Also begs more questions. So was he targetted 11 days later because of this incident? Are they making a database of people against them? Why?

The UK led much of the improvement in EU animal welfare standards & these standards should stay in our legislation. Permitting chlorinated chicken would be a race to the bottom on welfare and would put the UK’s more responsible farmers at a cost disadvantage.

Reform UK won’t say ‘private’ when talking about healthcare. Richard Tice uses ‘independent’:

"Instead of giving £26bn to the already bloated wasteful NHS, we proposed easing pressure on the health service by incentivising those who can afford to pay more to go independent with a tax break."
