Oh my heart, it’s always hard going out on submission with a client project that I’m wildly too close to.
I know that writers often feel like passes on their work feels like a pass on them.
I think you’d be surprised how often agents and other industry folks feel the same, when we love something.

Really enjoyed My Life Among Humans by Jed McGowan. I think a lot of us could relate to the alien (and a lesser degree the humans). Definitely check out.

Just finished reading TO BE TAUGHT IF FORTUNATE by #beckychambers. Third book of hers I've read. Highly recommend. Fantastic characters. As my wife put it, it's a love letter to science.

#SNL will probably spoof the Bondi hearing. They should just use segments of the transcript for their script. Don't insert any jokes. Don't try to make it more over the top. Just have the comedian say what she said . Sure, use props and physical comedy but don't try to top what is already a joke.

I really hope Wonder Man does phenomenally and Disney/Marvel is motivated to continue to give us shows and movies that think outside the super hero box.
