When I was a kid, we had Wizard magazine.

Then Wizard died and we had CBR, Newsarama, etc.

Then came message boards.

Then social media.

Now, no one* knows how to market comics in a post-social media world.

Penny and the Yeti is out April 21st through @papercutzgn.bsky.social I'm so excited for folks to read what @almondmilkart.bsky.social and I have been working on the past 2 years. Here's a sneak peak at one of my favorite pages along with what @megfitz89.bsky.social kindly said about the book.
Big feelings are difficult at any age, but Penny and the Yeti proves the importance of exploring those emotions to grow the relationships with those we love. In a fun subversion of the "imaginary friend saves the day" trope, Penny's love and acceptance prove she's a role model for Yeti, and all of us. This fantastic story full of heart and complex emotions connects parents and siblings of all ages, and I can't wait to see more of Yeti! - Meghan Fitzmartin
