I've had this on the back of my car since Trump was re-elected. It should be a statement everyone can agree with but I've been surprised how many people have gotten mad at me over it. But a lot of people on the road have also given me a thumbs up over it too.

My wife and I have officially started training for our 6th #marathon together! Celebrated our 13th anniversary by running 7 miles on the beach/boardwalk.

On Friday my wife and I biked up the #ncrtrail from Timonium, MD to York, PA, spent the night at a 1980's video game-themed Air B&B and biked back the next day. A little exhausted but it was a lot of fun. Now we're at my in-laws for a crab feast because: #maryland.

This morning I started reading ON TYRANNY by Timothy Snyder. I highly recommend it. It's a small book, will take you only a few hours (if that) but it's very much worth it. I wish it wasn't so relevant.

Listened to an audio book while #running yesterday (The Gunslinger by #stephenking). It went pretty well, although I don't think I'd try this with a book I haven't already read.
My wife and I will probably be training for a #marathon later this year. Would be fun to listen to a whole book series.

This is Chewie, he's my little buddy and is often my shadow, following me from room to room. UNFORTUNATELY, he has expressed displeasure when we leave by peeing on the floor or my wife's pillow. We have ruled out most of the obvious/scary medical problems and the vet believes it is behavioral....

Randomly picked up the first issue of DUST TO DUST by JG Jones & Phil Bram from my local comic book store. Excellent use of color, throughout, gives a totally dusty, grimy feel. Intriguing story. Interested in where this is going.
