Never underestimate the willingness of companies like Adobe to betray their userbase, but in this case I genuinely wondered how they'd avoid backpedaling.
"Don't use Adobe products, they can't be trusted to support them" was such a clear takeaway that someone there had to recognize it.

I cut it out of the Tampa Tribune in 1995 (at 11 years old, it didn't occur to me to keep the margins). It had been variously stapled and taped to the wall until I finally got a frame for it.

Enjoyed both Golden Idol games immensely. The first is more cohesive, the second is more explorative. It's great fun seeing the worldbuilding become richer as the mysteries, betrayals, and mechanical revelations compound on each other. I could play 50 of these games without getting tired of it.
