#deprescribing needs careful monitoring. This week, restarted medication (albeit at lower doses than originally taking) for 2 patients whose symptoms worsened after stopping. A deprescribing success - found out the medication likely helping more than harming; now will assess response to confirm.

I realize that we are living in the darkest timeline and there are enough things already to worry about, but we really need to ring the alarm on measles and vaccination in Canada.
