Longitudinal cohort study of over 30,000 participants from U.S. National Survey data finds a strong association between PPI users with reduced kidney function and death from any cause.

A Budget Impact Analysis conducted for adult patients using PPIs long-term inappropriately in England, UK 🇬🇧 found an estimated net savings of £11.5 million would be realized over a 5-year period if 20% of patients had their PPI stopped!
