A proud trans pagan in her late 30s who believes that all people have the right to a life of safety, dignity, and respect regardless of their wealth or value as labor. I'm proudly and loudly trans, autistic, partially disabled and strongly anti-bigotry.
I'm normally against capital punishment, but these ICE bastards make me question that belief.
There needs to be trials and there needs to be people sent to die in a prison cell. Consequences must fall on the people who issued the orders and those who carried them out. We must make the punishment of these people a national spectacle that will be remembered for generations.

Oh wow, I'm on book 3 of the Tomes and Tea series (Tea You At The Altar) and the stress, the tempers flaring and exhaustion poor Reyna and Kianthe are going through is relatable as hell. I remember how completely stressed I was before my wedding.

Supporting trans rights isn't a "purity test". Blue maga keeps trying to shove newsom down our throats and it's clear they see us as a political blood sacrifice to get to the WH. Supporting a targeted minority should be the MINIMUM.

this isn’t crass. intranational refugees can’t all afford sf or portland or nyc. if your state claims to be a haven for huddled masses yearning to breathe free, it needs infrastructure to support them. what good is a safe state if you can’t afford to live in it & homelessness gets you jailed?🧵
this is going to sound crass but my main opinion on the recent vile, bigoted, deliberately anti-medical supreme court decision on trans care is that in the immediate term blue states have to rapidly build more housing and help people get here

Part of the appeal of GCism for lesbians and other women who have spent their careers in corporate environments is that it enables them to feel virtuous about punching down at vulnerable people, while getting cookies for it from the sort of men whose micro aggressions they've put up with for years.
