Wait until people figure out that the reason they want temp foreign workers isn’t because they can’t find local workers, it’s because they can have more control over their employees, they don’t want Canadians with rights. It’s not just a wage issue, some people need to punch down hard.

When i feel a meltdown coming, i try to to remove myself from whatever situation I’m in, drink some water or something with a little sugar in it, and i try to eat something protein heavy, like nuts or chicken fingers.

I'd say:
1)get vaccinated for covid and the flu.
2) wear a respirator (N95) mask in crowded indoor spaces like public transit.
3) keep your holiday get-togethers safe by keeping things well ventilated and filtered.
