electric underground reviews are a fun experience because i agree with a lot of his game design thoughts, i think his arguments are well considered and evidenced even when i have a different perspective but he cannot help himself from going and also the fucking modern journalists and devs are babies

I don't fight 16-bit console wars over banal things like "game library" anymore. I simply watch the SNES cough up a lung trying to move four enemies at the same time and I chuckle to myself, convinced of my superiority, and then someone says "ok but Genesis fart sounds" and I crash out for a month
