A fun thing about ADHD is that the spite reflex works regardless. Does telling me I need to do laundry sometimes turn off any chance I’m going to do it? Yes. But constantly telling me to abandon my fellow man because all hope is lost is now being met with “fuck you I will just love everyone harder”
