I have the story in The Angel’s Curse start on November 1st. I really don’t know where this date came from! It’s always been that way, even in some original drafts. I thought of changing it, but I feel like November really sets the tone for the setting.

You know, the Arc de Triomphe is a veteran’s memorial and a symbol of the French people and history. There are several arches across the country that serve the same purpose. It’s not a monument to a singular person. Especially not a single person who caused nothing but agony and suffering.

I think you also need to ask how many people have the skills neccesary to critique any book they read, let alone trans books, or the willingness to do so period.
Critical reading is not a natural skill, and it's not one always taught well in high and middle school.

if people don't know the book exists they simply will not read it. if your goal is for it to spread further you must start telling more people.
I’ve said this before, a lot, but when you’re an author and your book doesn’t sell your feelings can default to the premise, “Everyone in the world was offered my book and they all personally rejected it.” The truth is most people don’t know it exists. Awareness is the problem, not you or your book.

I was going to do videos on me revising IPM’s plot because I’m rewriting it for #PlotTober but I still can’t talk because of all the coughing 😫 Maybe this weekend will be better, who knows. But I still plan to make the videos eventually
