Girlguiding and now the WI deciding to exclude trans women is disappointing, but the only losers here are Girlguiding and the WI themselves. They've been struggling with membership and finances for years because they refuse to move with the times and appeal to new generations of women.

Whenever I get bogged down with politics here, I remind myself of the last US election when the choice was between a guy with dementia and a guy with slightly less advanced dementia. And you wouldn't believe which one was worse!

Really fed up of the incorrect belief that immigration has a negative impact on the UK economy. All studies show that it has continually had a net positive impact on the economy.

A huge relief to see the Israeli hostages released and the joy on family faces. But the fact that Israel has banned Palestinians from celebrating the release of their relatives, posting on social media or giving interviews - most held without charge - tells us how much there is to go.

I'm so glad to hear the last Israeli hostages have now been freed. I can't imagine what the last two years have been like for them and I'm really pleased they're now safe and can begin to heal.

Came out of Brixton station yesterday and a woman immediately approached me, pointed at a pigeon and said "who's he?", and as evidenced by this text from my mother, it's not the first time someone has assumed I just know pigeons.

As much as I try to understand it, I genuinely do not see what all the fuss is about immigration. There doesn't seem to be any anti-immigration argument that can stand up to scrutiny.

Ah mate that sucks. Totally know how you feel, they weren't keen on my stand 'Greens4BiggerNuclearBombs' either. So unfair that we're not included just because we 'don't align at all with the membership' and our views are 'verifiably right wing'.

Genuinely feel really disappointed in Corbyn in his response to Zarah Sultana. Corbyn and the rest of the IA MPs are often unfairly criticised, but usually on the basis of their beliefs and actions. Criticism of Zarah tends to be focused on her being both young, and a woman.

If it were up to me I'd remove all Bansky's artwork like this. Not to suppress freedom of expression, just because it's shit.
I don't have the patience for people who get really angry about tube/train strikes. Yes it's annoying but where do you need to be that's only accessible by rail and is more important that workers rights?
