This is a meta analysis of 72 studies.
Among its results, it found that the regret rate for medical transition is between 0.3% and 3.8%.
It also found that most of that regret comes from lack of social support, not the treatment itself.

Yeah, we COULD build new units in desirable urban areas… but have you considered that there are empty houses in West Virginia you could move to instead?
As an astronomer, standard time vs daylight time is my favorite realistically-not-a-big-deal issue to make a big deal out of. Give me year-round standard time or give me death!
Earliest sunsets are almost here. In early to mid-December, evenings become brighter again—no “Daylight Saving Time” needed!

If you’re using AI for research, the most important thing is to verify everything.
Make sure the articles it gives say what it claims they do. Make sure the print sources it gives you actually exist. Make sure any events it talks about actually happened.

The first time these kind of stories broke it was funny and I even felt a little bad for the attorneys involved. But now that it keeps happening there really needs to be serious disciplinary actions. This is unacceptable. @americanbar.org
It’s so much crazier than that. A woman appealed a lower court ruling for her ex-husband, pointing out the court’s order relied on 4 hallucinated or real-but-irrelevant cases. Ex-husband’s lawyer then files a reply to the appeals court with ELEVEN hallucinated or irrelevant case citations!

Agreed. There are no “apolitical” institutions, and pretending the Supreme Court is apolitical is harmful. We should fold their duties into Congress (and abolish the Senate, while we’re at it).
Been saying this for years. Abolish the supreme court. Not reform it, abolish it. Lifetime appointments and a history of almost exclusively being used as a tool for radically curtailing the rights of people demonstrate it shouldnt exist.

The historical progression from feudalism (the South) to capitalism (the North) to socialism was something Marx wrote a lot about. He considered it necessary for the development of socialism.
