"I can’t recall a time in modern history when the world treated a famine with such coldness and indifference. Even the harshest humanitarian catastrophes have elicited some degree of empathy, except for Gaza."

Norman Hermant was unhinged when interviewing a Miznon protestor on ABC730. What a shocker.
Is he asking a question or yelling at the interviewee? Is this a genuine attempt to investigate a serious issue or a current affair Paxton level outrage machine? #abc730 #auspol

1. Qantas retained data it didn't need, as an analytical convenience.

2. It outsourced something to an overseas company, and handed over data mentioned in (1).

These incidents will end when a chair or CEO suffers criminal penalties for a sequence that's so bloody predictable.

However, today over 500,000 people in Budapest told the government to fuck off. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

The disrespect that the US under Trump has shown Australia in recent times should remind @albomp.bsky.social that we owe them nothing and will not follow them into another stupid war.
No @albomp.bsky.social , just no war, no going to war with America. #auspol

How absurd are complaints against the super changes?

Consider if someone's super goes up from $3m to $3,250,000.
So they earned $250,000 in a year.

Oh no! Their balance is over $3m. They now have a tax liability.
How much? $2,884.
That is how much income tax someone pays if they earn... $36,300.
