"The concession (for developing nations) comes from the idea that an inevitable cost of prosperity is environmental harm."
I thought it was about historical responsibility (developed countries still not stepping up)
Prosperity ≠ relentless growth & destruction (clearly)

The family came under fire from an Israeli tank and the other occupants of the car were killed, leaving the terrified child to spend hours on the phone with a Red Crescent dispatcher.
