You will never convince me that it's good politics for Democrats to cater to the imagined anxieties of bigots rather than condemn them.

Joe and Eileen Bailey took over their HOA so they could foreclose on the widow that lived next door for 30 years who was having trouble keeping up on the lawn.
They bought the property and put a swimming pool on it, then called ICE on the laborers instead of paying.

The Baileys, @schumer.senate.gov's imaginary friends that he votes in support of, are professional scammers. Joe Bailey has a dog fighting ring in his basement, and Eileen is likes to seduce married men to break up their families.
Their children haven't talked to them in years.

So if I understand correctly, China was going to hit us with "the rare earth" because they have a monopoly on magnets, which is a two-year process, and nobody knows what they are but you can't build anything without them.

Roger Marshall owned a hospital. Patients he couldn't make money off of were referred to the very good nonprofit in the same town. Then the nonprofit went bankrupt and he ran for office to get a bailout when his hospital almost collapsed from picking up those patients.
My wife and I pay for life insurance even though we have never died. I pay for fire insurance even though my house has never burned down. That's not because we want to throw money at insurance companies. It's because THAT'S HOW INSURANCE WORKS.

And I've been doing politics for long enough to know clearly that the entire Senate Democratic caucus agreed to this decision to fold. Open your eyes. The 8 who "broke" did so with the complete blessing of Schumer and their colleagues. You don't have to play along because this is not a game. The end

The imaginary Republican couple in Chuck’s head have more political sway than the entire Democratic base.
MSNBC reported Schumer's office felt that the longer that shutdown went on, the more likely it was that people would start to blame the Dems.
My kingdom for Democrats that don't govern out of fear. I've said it before and I'll say it again: The American people are far braver than their reps.

P2: I'll raise too
P1: I fold, because even though I have not seen your hand it is must be better than mine or else you would not have raised after I told you what I was holding.

Health care isn’t negotiable.
We need to both reopen the government and work together to protect access to affordable health care by extending the ACA enhanced premium tax credits.
