The following day, a protester recorded a PPB officer defending the ICE shooting of Renée Good. Through record requests, we ID'd the officers, who it turns out, might be related. (1/3)

The sheriff in my county is working with ice to hold people because he wants the jail full. I called and asked him about all this and he tried to boast about how well the people they hold are treated while they’re there and how it’s helping the jail employees stay busy 🫠
