on the plus side, I’m already pretty good at navigating my living space without being able to see clearly so it’s not a huge deal when my vision grays out for a bit when I stand up 🤷
cardiologist had me start a new medication that just so happens to lower my blood pressure, it’s for a good reason but hoo boy if I thought my already existing orthostatic hypotension was bad….

I bought this kit at a cute needlepoint store in Belgium in 2023 (on the same trip we got engaged!) and I’d been putting off doing it because then it would be over and I wanted to “save it” for when the time was “right”. But joke’s on past me, the time is never right! It was fun! It looks good! HA
I still need to figure out to frame/finish this but I’m proud of her, even when it’s just following a pattern making things with my hands feels good
