Mittig unten zeigt sich der leicht gefüllte Wassergraben der Burg. Im Wasser spiegeln sich große Teile des Himmels sowie das rechte Ufer. Den Himmel strahlt die untergehende Sonne an, die selbst hinter einer Wolke versteckt ist. Im oberen Drittel zeigen sich teilweise der nachtblaue Himmel, der flauschig jedoch großflächig bewölkt ist.

Today, I have travelled icy wind & rain & waited on the long exposed platform of Cyffordd Dyfi with two other shivering strangers for a connecting train, listening to calls of geese across the marsh, & remembering, once on this line there was a station waiting room with open fire, or was it a dream?

Rotbraunes Eichhörnchen, mit vornehmlich dunklem Fell, langen, dunklen Ohrpinseln, und dunklem Schwanz. Das Eichhörnchen hockt auf einer Wiese, hinter heruntergefallenen, trockenen Nadelzweige, teils von diesen verdeckt. Es stützt sich, von vorn gesehen, auf die Vorderläufe, hat den Kopf in Richtung rechter Bildseite gedreht, und den oberen Teil des Schwanzes noch oben gestellt, die, nicht sichtbare Schwanzspitze fällt nac hinten ab.
