A thing I keep thinking about is @petefrasermusic.bsky.social’s observation that people now view social media as something that is done to them rather than something they might actually actively curate. It’s very sad and embodies all the things I was optimistic and wrong about as a teen.
They need to get rid of the “follow all” button on starter packs. A guy has chosen to follow an opinion columnist whose bio says he is interested in “nerd stuff” shouldn’t be getting this angry about me posting about “Werewolf: The Game”.
