The surgery is almost definitely getting delayed at this point; Payment is still due in two weeks.
A lot of other things are not going well right now and everything is severely unstable so I may go back offline from this end for a while

1:49:11 Half marathon, and 10k in 51:12 during my longest run 27km!! Felt rly strong during. 5k at tempo ish pace. Listened to brat but there's 3 more songs, and a bit of discovery during the run. i went through maybe 120-130g of my carbs, only finished one gel and the water with carbs i had.

i'm happy to see someone speaking up against these soapmedicalists trying to say that dishwashing is only valid if the soap comes in a pod. say it LOUDER for the people in the back that YOU DON'T NEED A PRESCRIPTION for how much detergent to use!!! you can just try using soap and see what happens!!!
As someone who grew up with parents who both lived in poverty at some point in their lives, it was instilled in me that you should get the best value out of the things you buy as you can.
You don't need a prescription for how much detergent to use. You just need to try and see what happens.
