Start from the beginning with a selection of simple steps. Surveillance impacts all of us, no matter where we live or what we do. While some of us might be directly affected, others may simply want to know what measures they can take to protect their communications and data from...

Unsurprising. What if I said I have zero interest in looking at the people in podcasts? That video is a fundamentally different thing. Podcasts are just modern radio - this is just cheap tv. I have no interest in looking at these people & doubt I'm the only one.

I don't know where Chris is based (London I think) but the same can be said of Edinburgh. This reminds me of that convo I had with a property agent who said (sadly) his prediction for no communal places within the decade.
Thinking about how moving away from people-first is a growing trend, and how this is something quite important. It's been on my mind since my local McDonald's refurbished, and there's a reason for that.

Prior to it's collapse, fisherman at the Newfoundland fishery reported bumper trawls. "If things are so good, how can it be so close to coallapse, why do we have to do things differently?" They said.

From Central Cee to Adolescence: in 2025 British culture had a global moment – but can it last?
Despite funding cuts and shuttered venues, homegrown music, TV, film and, yes, memes have dominated the global zeitgeist over the past 12 years. Now this culture must be future-proofed from the forces...

Am I cat dreaming of Christmas, or am I a middle aged man dreaming of cats at Christmas?
You don't know what day it is.
You're eating countless meals a day with lots of snacks in between.
You're napping throughout they day.
Either it's the time between Christmas and New Year or you're a cat.

My aunty died of dementia. And there are fewer crueller things I can imagine than lying to her face about her life. In those precious moments of clarity why would I lie to her? We already had life we shared with her - that's what's important.
The comments on this are all about how sweet it is and I feel insane. Using AI to make fake memories of your grandma with dementia and telling her they happened and then filming her reaction

My English teacher calling me a chancer.

At the time I didn't understand & said: Thanks! I try hard.

Reader, if his gaze was a laser my head would have been vapourised.
What's an insult you'll never forget?

I can't wait to find out about Zosia's full back story. There was some very strong hints that it wasn't good. And if she's the first one freed I suspect it'll be heartbreaking when asks to go back. I
I thoroughly enjoyed #Pluribus. I loved that it told the story at its own pace. All the people bleating that 'nothing happens' is really tedious. Lots of stuff happened - what show were you watching?

Oh wait, there's zero American exceptionalism & solving problems through explicit violence. Got it

To me this is what Christmas is about. And I have my own story.

Some years ago, we'd just finished dinner when there was a knock at the door. It was one of my brother's friends.

His mum had gone on holiday with her bf & left him behind. He didn't have a Christmas dinner or presents.
