IBR's updated cost estimate has been delayed until next year. Lawmakers on the bi-state committee overseeing the project told the team back in September that they wanted the estimate ready for their next meeting today, but it didn't happen.

The Rose Quarter Improvement Project is still alive, and the Oregon Transportation Commission's message to the state legislature appears to be more or less we're doing this because you told us to, so we're not gonna stop it or kill it unless you tell us to do that.
