This is technically true in the way they're using the term railroad but it *sounds* very wrong. Like it was designed in a lab to annoy pedantic railfans (which is to say, railfans).

Though I'm a bit wary right now because SoS appears to be lagging on some updates. Washington County's update last night flipped the Beaverton school board Zone 5 race to put Syed Qasim in the lead for the first time (at least among WashCo voters) but that doesn't seem to be reflected on SoS yet.

The Mt Hood Community College bond appears to have quietly flipped yesterday evening. The Oregon Secretary of State's results page now shows it passing, albeit by a margin so thin that it looks like we won't know for sure until every single vote is tallied.
